No pets are allowed with the exception of assistance dogs.

Bookings longer than 7 days may commence on any day subject to availability

JUNE    to    end of August   (& Easter)

FRIDAY  TO  FRIDAY   or   MONDAY   TO   MONDAY   

from  £495    to     £1100   per week inclusive   other periods are possible for bookings of 7 days or longer

except for Burghley week when a minimum letting of 5 days applies

               Burghley Week for 2025 already reserved                                               all subject to availability

Advanced bookings are recommended (and needed for Special Offers)   

and a £100 deposit per week is required at time of booking;

                                reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Your reservation may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to your stay for a direct booking - but a charge of the deposit will be made if the apartment is not relet

Check-in time is 4.00 pm to 8.00pm (earlier by arrangement if no prior let)

Check-in  on Fridays or Mondays  for stays of less than 7 days

                                    or any day for longer periods (subject to availability)

Check-out       is  before  11.00am.
